Melissa Cummings | APRN-FNP-C & Owner
Melissa's history at Timeless Elements started in 2008. She was the first employee ever hired at Timeless Elements Med Spa in Forest Lake, MN. At that time, Melissa was a licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician. After working at Timeless Elements for a few years, Melissa took a break to start her family. Full speed ahead and Melissa is now the new owner of Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center! Today, Melissa is a RN and just finished her Advanced Practice Nursing degree. Additionally, Melissa is the current President of the Minnesota Region of Dermatology Nurse Association. Way to go Melissa! In addition to all of experience that she has in the area of dermatology working in that field 5 years, Melissa loves helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals using the different modalities available today! Dani | APRN-FNP-C
Dani is new to our team. She has been working as an RN for many years in the ICU. Dani was looking for something that she is able to use her new skills as a Nurse Practitioner and is a great fit with the highly skilled team at Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center. Dani enjoys helping her clients learn more about the current treatment trends and modalities available to them. Delaney Dobbs | RN
Introducing Delaney Dobbs, a dedicated and passionate registered nurse who brings her expertise and experience to Timeless Elements Medical Spa and Laser Center. With a solid background in nursing since 2019, Delaney initially honed her skills in the challenging environment of the CVICU for two years. She then decided to experience different areas of nursing, which brought her to become a travel nurse. However, her journey took an exciting turn when she discovered her true calling in aesthetic nursing. Driven by a higher passion for helping individuals enhance their natural beauty and boost their self-confidence, Delaney embarked on a career in the field of medical aesthetics. She was validated in her knowledge by obtaining an Aesthetic Nurse Injector Certification from the Aesthetiq Institute. With her exceptional skills, compassionate nature, and commitment to providing top-notch care, Delaney is poised to make a significant impact at Timeless Elements, ensuring clients receive the highest level of personalized and transformative treatments.

Lesa Thompson Stegner | RN, FNP-C & Medical Director
Lesa opened the doors of Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center in Forest Lake, MN in 2008. She was a pioneer in the med spa industry and Timeless Elements is one of the first Nurse Practitioner owned med spas in the state of Minnesota! Needless to say, Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center would not exist without her. In the past, Lesa has worked as a RN in many different settings and graduated with Family Nurse Practitioner Masters Degree in 2003. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Today, she is the Medical Director of Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center in Forest Lake, MN.
ADVANCED PRACTICE ESTHETICIANS
Janette | Advanced Practice Esthetician & Massage Therapist
Janette joined the Timeless Elements Team after completing her Advanced Practice Esthetician Degree at St. Paul College. A very short time later, she went back and earned her Massage Therapy license. Janette has a passion for helping people even before joining our beautiful Forest Lake Med Spa! She enjoys educating her clients on the difference that Medical Grade skincare and services can make to a person’s complexion and self-confidence. Janette is trained in Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, SkinPen Microneedling and all of the other Advanced Esthetician services provided at Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center. Abby | Advanced Practice Esthetician
Abby is new to the Timeless Elements Med Spa Team. She finished her Advanced Esthetician Degree in Mankato and then moved back to her hometown. Abby loves helping people feel good about themselves after having a facial. She is highly motivated to learn all of the new treatments and techniques available to her at Timeless Elements Med Spa so that she can pass them on to her clients. She is trained in Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, SkinPen Microneedling and all of the other Advanced Esthetician services provided at Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center. Danielle | Advanced Practice Esthetician
Danielle has worked for Timeless Elements Med Spa for almost a year. She joined the Timeless Elements with Med Spa Team after finishing her degree as an Advanced Practice Esthetician and working in the med spa field. She is highly trained in the Medical Esthethetics field. Danielle helps people achieve their aesthetic goals by listening to their needs and recommending appropriate treatments or services. She is trained in Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, SkinPen Microneedling, and all of the other Advanced Esthetician services provided at Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center. Kathy | Operations Manager
Kathy is the Office Manager for Timeless Elements Med Spa in Forest Lake. Kathy brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources and Accounting.
Her mission is for quality of life in the office – always making sure everything is running smoothly and that everyone is happy and supported to achieve their person goals. If it’s broken, Kathy will fix it!
She assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. In addition, Kathy manages and oversees the accounting and maintenance of our very popular VIP Membership Program.
Kathy loves the interactions she has with our amazing clients on a daily basis. She is a wealth of knowledge and can answer any questions you may have about any of the services that we provide.
Gina | Reception
Gina is a wonderful and fun Receptionist here at Timeless Element Med Spa. She will put a smile on your face with each encounter with her!
Gina joined Timeless elements Team in the summer of 2020 and has enjoyed learning about this amazing business.
Outside of Timeless Elements Med Spa she enjoys spending time with her children and family. When she isn’t with family or working at the med spa, Gina is a public school teacher working with elementary aged children.
She loves both of her jobs and loves helping people explore the endless list of services found at Timeless Elements Med Spa and helping the client choose the very best service for their specific needs.
Barbara | Reception
Barbara is one of our amazing and talented Receptionists here at Timeless Element Med Spa.
She has been a RN for over 31 years and is also currently working at Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater.
Barbara started working at Timeless Elements Med Spa in 2020 to continue to care for people in the Med Spa environment. She has worked both in cosmetic and plastic surgery offices in the past so she fit right in.
Barbara is passionate about helping people look and feel their very best!
She looks forward to meeting new people and assisting them with their product and service choices.
