Meet Melissa Cummings, a seasoned professional in the field of aesthetics, began her journey at Timeless Elements in 2008, where she was the first employee hired. Initially, Melissa worked as a licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician for our laser treatments.
After taking a break to start a family, she returned with even more determination and is now the proud owner of Timeless Elements. Melissa has since earned her RN qualification and recently completed her Advanced Practice Nursing degree. Her expertise in dermatology spans five years, and she currently serves as the President of the Minnesota Region of the Dermatology Nurse Association. Melissa's passion lies in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through various modern techniques.
Dani | APRN-FNP-C
Dani is one of our newest team members at Timeless Elements! With years of experience as an ICU nurse, Dani has transitioned to become an APRN-FNP-C, and her expertise and passion align perfectly with our highly skilled team.

Lesa Thompson Stegner | RN, FNP-C & Medical Director
Lesa is nothing short of a trailblazer in the med spa industry. In 2008, she founded Timeless Elements in Forest Lake, MN, making it one of the first Nurse Practitioner owned med spas in the North Star State.
Lesa's extensive nursing experience in various settings led her to earn a Family Nurse Practitioner Masters Degree in 2003, and she is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As the Medical Director of Timeless Elements, Lesa continues to shape the future of the facility in Forest Lake, MN.
Janette | Advanced Practice Esthetician & Massage Therapist
Janette's dedication to helping others began long before joining our esteemed Forest Lake Med Spa. After completing her Advanced Practice Esthetician Degree at St. Paul College, she wasted no time in obtaining her Massage Therapy license.
Janette takes pride in enlightening clients about the transformative effects of Medical Grade skincare and services on complexion and self-confidence. When she's not at work, she treasures moments spent with her children and family. In her other job as a public school teacher, Gina works with elementary-aged children, where she pursues her passion for helping others.

Another one of our talented and dedicated Receptionists Barbara has over 31 years of experience as an RN, and also works at Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater. Joining our team in 2020, she seamlessly transitioned into the Med Spa environment, having previously worked in cosmetic and plastic surgery offices.
Barbara's passion lies in helping people achieve their optimal look and feel. She eagerly awaits the opportunity to meet new individuals and assist them in making the best choices for their needs among our popular aesthetic treatments.
